C&B Drainage Contracting completed public stormwater and wastewater works for a 9-lot residential subdivision on Ti Rakau Drive, Pakuranga. The project was located on a busy arterial road and required extensive traffic management and three weeks of night works from 9pm to 5am. Due to the restricted working conditions, both stormwater and wastewater pipelines were installed by full open-cut excavation along the footpath, with approximately 25m of each service. Night-time visibility and working within a live traffic environment added significant challenges to the project. Works were completed in early 2026.
