Public Stormwater, Wastewater & Watermain Infrastructure

C&B Drainage Contracting Ltd completed the first stage of a 15-lot farm subdivision on Wicklam Lane, Greenhithe in 2021. We delivered the public stormwater and wastewater infrastructure for the development, including approximately 15 manholes, road crossings, pipe installation and property connections.

The works were carried out using both open-cut excavation and directional drilling, including approximately 120m of directional drilling for stormwater and wastewater crossings. We also installed more than 200m of internal stormwater concrete pipework, with manholes and outlet structures connecting towards the surrounding bush area.

The project was completed over approximately four months, including traffic management, road reinstatement and asphalt repairs. All works were successfully completed, tested and signed off with Watercare and Auckland Council.
