This five-lot residential subdivision required complete public stormwater and wastewater infrastructure, including a challenging 110m directional drill beneath the public footpath. The project included public stormwater and wastewater works together with all associated public drainage connections required for the development.The project required a 110m directional drill beneath the public footpath to install a 280mm PE stormwater pipeline at a depth of 4 metres, connecting to an existing 650mm public stormwater main. The works were completed within a congested underground services corridor under restricted traffic management hours.

The works were completed safely and in accordance with Auckland Council and Watercare requirements.

Complete public stormwater and wastewater infrastructure for an eight-lot residential development on Auckland's North Shore.

The project included a 60m directional drill beneath the road to install a 225mm PE pipeline, plus 35m directional drilling for both stormwater and wastewater within the site. Limited working space, completed building foundations, steep ground and soft soil made construction particularly challenging. The works also included five manholes and a 100mm private PE connection.

C&B Drainage delivered the complete public stormwater and wastewater infrastructure for this 61-lot residential subdivision over a three-month construction programme.

The project included approximately 20 manholes, 225mm concrete and uPVC stormwater pipelines, and 150mm wastewater pipelines, completed by a dedicated team of 7–8 personnel.

The public drainage infrastructure was completed and successfully handed over for the residential development.

This project was completed on a busy arterial road and included the replacement of approximately 25 metres of 300mm reinforced concrete stormwater pipeline. Due to multiple underground services crossing above the proposed pipeline, careful excavation, service protection and traffic management were required throughout the works. The project was completed safely and fully complied with Auckland Council and Watercare standards.

The project involved the construction of multiple 5-metre-deep manholes requiring trench shoring systems throughout the excavation. Despite the challenging ground conditions and deep excavations, all works were completed safely and fully complied with Auckland Council and Watercare standards.

C&B Drainage Contracting Ltd completed public stormwater and wastewater infrastructure works for a five-lot residential subdivision in West Harbour, Auckland. The project included 70m of 225mm PE stormwater pipe outside the site boundary, plus 40m each of 180mm PE stormwater and wastewater pipe installed by underground boring within the site.

The works included multiple manholes and electrofusion-welded saddle connections in restricted working areas. Soft ground conditions and limited site access added to the construction challenges. All works were completed in accordance with Auckland Council and Watercare requirements.

C&B Drainage Contracting Ltd completed public stormwater and wastewater infrastructure works for a 9-lot residential subdivision on Ti Rakau Drive, Pakuranga. The project was located on a busy arterial road and required extensive traffic management and three weeks of night works from 9pm to 5am. The works included approximately 25m each of stormwater and wastewater pipeline installed by full open-cut excavation along the footpath. Night-time visibility and working within a live traffic environment added significant construction challenges. All works were completed in early 2026.
