C&B Drainage Contracting Ltd completed public and private drainage works for a 61-lot residential subdivision in Glen Eden, Auckland.

The public drainage works included approximately 20 stormwater and wastewater manholes, with stormwater pipelines including 225mm concrete and PVC pipes, and 150mm uPVC wastewater pipelines. No directional drilling was required for this project.

C&B Drainage also completed watermain pre-installation works, including 100mm and 63mm watermain installation, welded pipe connections and pressure testing.

Private drainage works included stormwater and wastewater drainage, together with the installation of under-deck tanks, reuse and detention tanks, and above-ground water tanks.

The works were completed in accordance with Auckland Council and Watercare requirements.
