Project Description

C&B Drainage Contracting Ltd completed public infrastructure works for a 20-lot residential development on Diana Drive in Glenfield, Auckland, completed in 2024. The development comprises 10 terrace houses at the rear of the site and 10 apartments at the front.

The project involved the installation of public stormwater, wastewater and watermain infrastructure to support the new residential development. Works required careful coordination across the different housing areas and site conditions to ensure the infrastructure was delivered safely and efficiently.
