Public Stormwater

The new public stormwater connection was made from an existing manhole outside the property boundary.

We installed 225mm UPVC SN16 stormwater pipe from the existing boundary-side manhole to a new manhole within the property.

From the new manhole, 150mm stormwater pipework was installed to provide connections serving all four units.

Public Wastewater

The wastewater system was constructed to connect the new development into the existing public wastewater network.

The works included the required public connection, manhole and wastewater pipework to service the four new dwellings.

Watermain Connection

C&B also completed the public watermain connection works for the development, connecting the four-unit residential development to the existing water supply network.

Private Drainage

In addition to the public infrastructure, we completed the private drainage systems serving the four homes.

The private works included the required stormwater and wastewater pipework and connections within the development, coordinated with the completed public infrastructure.

Project Completion

The drainage infrastructure was completed as part of the overall residential development, with the required inspection and connection processes carried out during construction.

The four homes have now been completed and are on the market for sale.
